eSchoolPlus Student Management Service

eSchoolPLUS is a web-based, district-wide student management system provided by SunGard Data Systems. At the center of eSchoolPLUS are robust applications to manage all aspects of student information, including demographics, scheduling, attendance (class and daily), discipline, interim progress reports, report cards, transcripts, medical records, longitudinal testing database and locker assignment. Also included are Teacher Access Center (includes teacher grade book), Home Access Center - a web-based parent portal for access to current information about students, elementary report cards, Mobile Access Center and New York State regulatory software.  eSchoolPLUS is easily and securely accessed via  Internet Explorer.

PowerSchool Student Management Service

The PowerSchool application provides districts with a complete Web-based student management system accessible from any Windows or Mac computer with a Web browser. The database structure is district-wide, providing timely data that is easy to find and analyze over the Internet. The system provides tools to easily customize fields, screens and reports, as well as import and export data. All key components for New York State data collection requirements are included in the system. The core application modules include: demographic information / registration, attendance, scheduling, discipline, grade reporting, progress reporting, integrated grade book, basic query tool, academic history, report generation, parent access, student access, transportation and fee balance.

ClearTrack200/AIS Edge  

This service assists districts with the electronic management of the CSE/CPSE process (including state reports) for special education students as well as 504 and AIS students. ClearTrack is a fully Web-based system that is accessible anytime, anywhere. AIS Edge is a subsystem of ClearTrack that tracks students in need of academic intervention services. Progress reports, State PIR reports, letters to parents and other district-specific reports are available.

Response to Intervention (RTI) has been added to AIS Edge and is fully integrated within ClearTrack 200. With RTI's complete integrated solution, a district can:  Track Universal Screenings, Identify students at risk of failing, Progress Monitor, Graph Student Results, Data-Based Decision Making, Predict Student Success, and Reduce Special Education Referrals for LD.

RTI - Response to Intervention

(Districts must have an RTI plan in place and have worked with the RIC to ensure it meets the necessary criteria for RTI implementation).

Medicaid Data Collection
This service provides software and training on a Medicaid web-based application used for the collection and submission of approved billable services, as well as requirements/ documentation set by the Office of Medicaid Inspector General (OMIG) and SED. Training is also included for the use of the Medicaid component in the Clear Track200 system.
