This service includes Data Warehousing and New York State Test Scoring. It includes the collection of K-12 demographics, programs and enrollment data, data loading and cleansing for submission to SED for Unique Student Identifier processing, preparation of pre-printed student answer sheets and test booklet labels for processing of grades 3-8 Math and ELA, grades 5 and 8 Social Studies, grades 4 and 8 Science, NYSESLAT and NYSAA, the loading of assessment scores to the data warehouse, and preparing various reports for data analysis. Also included is a first level support for NYSTART and NYS accountability reporting.

Test Scoring - Standardized Tests/Reading First
|
This service facilitates the administration and production for the scoring and generation of reports for most norm-referenced tests. Includes TerraNova, OLSAT and SAT9.
Additional Costs: nonconsumable test booklets.

Test Scoring - Regents
|
|
This service provides RIC created / preprinted answer sheets, labels, scanning and editing of answer sheets, reports and output files for NYS Regents tests. Districts have the option to scan the answer sheets in-house or send to the RIC for scanning. Processing of the answer sheets and reports with the scores will be provided in a timely manner back to the district.
In-District Scanning Option - The option for districts to scan their own Regents answer sheets is now an available. Please call for details on how to get it set up and fully functional.

Test Scoring - Benchmarking Assessments: Acuity
|
|
This service provides districts with the learning-based assessment solution, Acuity, which was developed by CTB McGraw-Hill. The product provides clear and immediate diagnostic information on student progress to help teachers target instruction, measure progress toward state learning standards and estimate performance on state assessments for Math, Reading/Language Arts and Science. Unlimited online testing is included for one year. Reports are available immediately after an assessment is taken and provides help gauging student progress for immediate intervention and aids curriculum / AIS services. Also included is an item bank of over 40,000 questions based on NYS Standards which allows teachers to create custom tests and exercises that help aid instruction. Two days of onsite training are included in the service. |
