o ClearTrack users, who are also users of RTI Edge, when a student is Tier III, and will be Referred to Special Ed., the ClearTrack database will receive a Referral Information flag inclusive of all the RTI data (screenings, scores, interventions, progress monitoring).
That the most current Release Document for Cleartrack and RTI Edge are available from the Main Menu on the Cleartrack and RTI Edge Main Menu screens.
For Districts that have both RTI and Cleartrack, there is now an option in Cleartrack where Universal Screening scores from RTI, can be viewed in the Teacher Interface under "Tests/Evaluations". For more information, view the Reference the 4.12 New Release Document (on your Main Menu), Task # 136599 .
o The Teacher's Interface has been made more intuitive for Teachers by now having an i icon next to specific fields of input, that will pull up and display SED's Guidance Document explanations and examples for the Mandated IEP.
Demographics can be Imported from Eschool or PowerSchool - Helps Save on double data entry. Contact ClearTrack Support for more information.
o You can upload Attachments for a student that are a .pdf, .jpg, or .gif
The Other IEP Mandates Section can now be done by teacher's in the Teachers Interface. For more information, contact ClearTrack Support on how to do this.
o The Special Alerts asterisk was changed to a red stop sign icon that can be clicked on to view the alert from the student lookup, or any student screen.
o IEP Transfer has been enhanced for easy transfer to any district in the state. An IEP pdf file can be imported into ClearTrack200 from any IEP program, along with new copy/paste functionality from the pdf.
o When running reports in Cleartrack and RtI Edge, if a
user is not seeing the Adobe toolbar when the report opens, it is the result of a NEW "floating toolbar" in the latest Adobe X version. If users are using Adobe X, there is a way to restore the original toolbar with the save and print icons, which are much easier to locate. Please refer to the Floating Toolbar Step Sheet, in the Downloads Section. If you have trouble following the steps, you can contact your Technical Support.
