Medicaid Data Collection

Overview

This service provides training on a Medicaid web-based application used for the collection and submission of approved billable services, as well as requirements/documentation set by the Office of Medicaid Inspector General (OMIG) and SED. The Service provides support on Medicaid procedures, requirements, and documentation related to the State Plan Amendment (SPA) contract between New York State and the Federal government for the collection and submission of approved billable services. Training is also provided for the Medicaid component of ClearTrack 200 for entering billable claims, sessions notes, sign notes, creating bills, tracking and importing remittance files and generating reports such as the Medicaid Claim Report, Filed Documents Report and Claims Status.
