Provides preventive and on-going support of school district data network equipment including: service desk, troubleshooting, network monitoring, configuration, back-up, maintenance of network infrastructure hardware and software, lifecycle planning, network assessments and documentation. Requires a broadband connection to the BOCES regional network.

Participation in the Base Network Support Service is a pre-requisite for this service. The Managed IT Service (MITS) includes this service.
