This service provides participating school districts with a cost-effective means to contract for and manage land-line telephone circuits and mobile communications/cell plans, including the negotiation of shared contracts with local exchange carriers, long-distance carriers and cellular providers; the maintenance of a regional interconnect to generate usage savings among participating districts and BOCES; and centralization of bill processing at BOCES.

*Prerequisite - service is only available for BT and DCMO BOCES districts
