Overview

This service provides an enterprise electronic document management system (OnBase) that allows school districts to easily capture, index, store, search and retrieve records in a standard format via a single centralized server. Importing of electronic documents from other systems is also available. This system reduces physical storage needs, enables documents to be stored electronically and securely, with fast retrieval of information thus reducing the time and cost associated with it. Documents can be scanned with any TWAIN, ISIS or Kofax compliant scanner.
