This service provides initial set-up of facilities software, technical support, problem-solving assistance, application training and associated training materials for district staff. Report-writing assistance to satisfy SED reporting requirements, including those required for development of a Comprehensive Maintenance Plan (CMP) are included. The service also includes support for automation between the facilities management system and building energy systems.
