Updated Service Now Customer Portal

On July 1st, the SCRIC released a major update to the ServiceNow customer portal. This update includes new features to make it easier to get support and find helpful information about the services that the SCRIC provides to our customers.

The portal knowledge base currently has over 400 customer-facing knowledge resources covering a wide range of topics related to services, with more being added daily.
