MITS (Managed IT Service) field techs recently gathered for an all-day professional development training. The topics ran from learning more about technical network tools to honing communication & customer service to career pathways. This was the first time all MITS techs had met together at one time, providing an opportunity to connect, collaborate, and strengthen our team mindset.
