Thursday, February 5 9:00-10:00am February Production Release Overview & Check-in This session will review new features, updates, & bug fixes that were added to SchoolTool in the February release. Additional topics include the upcoming SchoolTool checklist, hot topics & open Q&A. Tuesday, February 10 9:00-11:30am Scheduling for next year: Course Catalog/Course selections (Day 1) This session will cover how to review and edit the Course Catalog in preparation for next year’s student scheduling as well as available options for entering Course Selections and reviewing reports used to analyze Course Selections. This session also covers the Setup of Course Recommendations (entered by teachers) and how to turn Course Recommendations into Course Requests. Thursday, February 12 9:00-9:30am “Knowledge Nugget” New Discipline Codes and Extracts This session will review the new Discipline options for OSS “IAES Removal by” AND how to run the Infraction Response Extract Discipline Tuesday, February 24 9:00-9:30am “Knowledge Nugget” Entering Course Selection This session will demonstrate how to add course selections to an individual student and in batch.
